EnFin is a financial services company that provides financing for residential solar PV and energy efficiency upgrades, backed by the PV panel manufacturer, Qcells. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance Risk Manager to join EnFin's Licensing & Compliance Risk team. This role will support EnFin and its subsidiaries across all 50 states.

This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA;
San Francisco, CA;
Santa Clara, CA;
Teaneck, NJ; with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of up to 5 employees as well as manage their performance and support their career growth and development.
• Provide subject matter expertise and ongoing support across key compliance functions, including regulatory compliance monitoring and testing activities.
• Manage and support the issues and management of processes, including tracking, escalation, remediation, and resolution of compliance related findings.
• Conduct and support regulatory risk assessments to identify, assess, and mitigate consumer compliance risks.
• Oversee the corporate policy governance process, including policy development, approval, maintenance, and posting in accordance with internal standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective regulatory and program-related controls to ensure adherence to applicable consumer financial laws and regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience including 5+ years of work experience in consumer lending regulatory compliance experience as well as experience as a people leader.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with various levels of the organization
• Self-starter with ability to think independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives to resolution while reporting appropriately on progress made and issues encountered.
• Solid analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and changes in scope / direction.
• Ability to travel up to 10%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Solar Industry experience (Renewable)
• Experience in interpreting regulatory and other guidelines and best practices and creatively applying them in a B2B2C and fintech bank partnership business model
• Professional certifications(s) such as, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Risk Professional (CRP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Paralegal

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job's minimum qualifications.
