Required Qualifications , Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent; completion of continuing education requirements Experience completing individual tax returns and working in a fast-paced environment Access to high-speed, reliable internet and proficiency in technology (e.g., MS Teams, Outlook) Successful completion of the Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
