• Lead monthly close process and conduct analytics of Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division expenses
• Manage quarterly forecasting and 3-year planning processes for the Claims department and Legal Division
• Conduct complex analysis of initiatives aimed at reducing expenses and indemnity costs
• Own the staffing model for the PL Claims department and lead staffing discussions
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve organizational efficiency

• Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably within an insurance company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of claims processes and costs applicable to financial analytics
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational expense reporting and insurance P&L ratios
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decision-making

• Experience with planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning and Smartview
• Active involvement in shaping company culture through mentorship or community service
• Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings and in-person engagements
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to support cross-functional projects
