• Support commercial auto pricing, including individual account pricing and portfolio-level analyses
• Conduct actuarially sound statistical analysis and develop recommendations for pricing
• Document assumptions, methods, and findings in an organized manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing actuarial support
• Provide mentorship and guidance for junior colleagues, depending on experience

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages, such as SQL, R, Python, Radar, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Actuarial analysis on Commercial Auto lines insurance preferred
• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including the ability to give formal presentations
• In-depth actuarial industry knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
