Client Success Specialist-Hazard Claims-WFH
Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $57,000.00 Annually
Client Success Specialist-Hazard Claims (Mortgage Servicing)
We are looking for a Client Success Specialist with hands-on hazard insurance claims experience in mortgage servicing or bank default operations. In this role, you will manage multiple hazard claim portfolios from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Who we’re looking for: Professionals with direct hazard claims and mortgage servicing experience who enjoy problem-solving, coordinating across teams, and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Own hazard claim portfolios end-to-end, ensuring compliance with client agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the escalation point for operational or claims issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, etc.) to resolve system or process challenges.
- Track portfolio metrics, generate reports, and suggest operational improvements.
- Support client initiatives, including updates, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in mortgage servicing operations, including managing escalations and cross-functional issues.
- 3+ years’ hands-on hazard claims experience in mortgage servicing or bank default operations.
- Client-facing experience within mortgage servicing, including portfolio updates, reporting, and communications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
