Job Duties:

Use quantitative risk models and optimization programs to analyze and manage values‑aligned direct indexing equity portfolios. Conduct quantitative analysis to support values‑aligned investment strategy development. Collaborate with values‑aligned team to analyze and implement customized values‑aligned solutions. Support recurring ESG data updates and general strategy management tasks. Work directly with clients to implement values‑aligned strategies in their portfolio, including consideration of portfolio tax and risk implications.

Develop robust understanding of internal values‑aligned data infrastructure, tools, and workflows. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance processes and drive team initiatives. Develop expertise in SMA Direct Indexing values‑aligned offerings and support core Portfolio Management team on values‑aligned inquiries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Assets Analytics, Quantitative Analysis, Data Analytics, or related field and 36 months of experience in job offered or related occupation. Three years of experience in job offered or related occupation:
Values aligned investing;
Working with ESG data;
Working with large data sets in Excel;
Programming in Python, and SQL;
Business Intelligence tools including Power BI;
Equity portfolio management and risk analysis platforms including MSCI Aegis Portfolio Manager;
Github;
Salesforce;
Cloud-based data platforms including Snowflake;
Multi‑factor risk models;
Securities markets, products, and behavior;
Portfolio Management;
Valuation and Risk Analytics; and Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Database Management.

For Sausalito, CA Only the salary range for this position is USD$ - USD$. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
