• Develop and facilitate financial management programs linking financial, operational, and business strategy to drive measurable results
• Partner with the business to implement key processes and tools for transparency and discipline in decision-making
• Advise and influence the business on various issues and lead positive internal change
• Conceptualize solutions and develop alternatives to complex problems with a broad perspective
• Mentor junior analysts and educate leadership on strategic finance topics

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a client-focused finance partner or finance consultant role
• Proven ability to gather and analyze data, perform financial and strategic analysis, and drive actionable business cases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build trust and credibility

• Experience with operational efficiency initiatives such as benchmarking, Lean, and structured problem solving
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape
• Ability to proactively identify trends and provide insightful recommendations
