This role is pivotal in enabling the leadership team to make informed strategic, operational, and tactical decisions. The candidate will assess progress towards objectives, analyze trends, and focus on future forecasting. By delivering detailed analyses and reports, the Consultant will enhance the leadership's understanding of business performance and growth opportunities.

- Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for operational efficiency.
- Design and present strategic reporting to senior management highlighting KPIs and financial highlights.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage and monitor departmental budgets.
- Evaluate potential investments and acquisitions through ROI analyses.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and collaborate with accounting for audits and reporting.
- Develop financial models for forecasting and assessing risks.
- Partner with leadership to formulate financial strategies aligned with long-term goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- MBA or advanced financial certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in progressive finance roles.
- Proven experience with capital planning and ROI analysis.
- Experience in a similar role in a multi-location sales or retail environment.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Experience in private equity environments and familiarity with investor reporting.
- Previous team management experience preferred.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
