• Lead monthly close process and analytics for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
• Manage quarterly forecasting and three‑year planning processes in collaboration with leadership
• Conduct complex analysis of business outcomes to reduce expenses and indemnity costs
• Own the staffing model for the Personal Lines Claims department and facilitate staffing discussions
• Participate in FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve organizational efficiency

• A minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably within an insurance company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of claims processes and costs, as well as operational expense reporting
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision‑making
• Demonstrated proficiency with planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud‑based planning

• Experience actively shaping company culture through mentorship, volunteering, or cross‑functional projects
• Willingness to travel for role‑related meetings and events
• Ability to clearly communicate financial results through visuals and simple explanations
