Job Title Client Services Account Administrator in the RMBS/CMBS Product

As a Client Services Account Administrator in the RMBS/CMBS product, you will perform the daily administration of over 100 trusts, close deals and approve cash and other transactions. You will be responsible for ensuring monthly distribution payments are made to investors and will be managing the domestic trust cash accounts which include outgoing and incoming wires, transfers, inputting mutual fund investments and reconciliation.

In this role you will be responding to daily inquiries from Clients, Investors and other deal parties. You will be working on new deal closings, reading legal contracts, deal set‑up for onboarding new transactions and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed while closing new transactions. Daily engagement and collaboration with other global teams is required. In addition, you will lead various ad‑hoc projects.

• Review and approve payments to holders, set‑up and complete cash movement i.e. wires, transfers, mutual funds for 100+ trusts in accordance with governing contracts
• Liaison with clients, deal parties and other departments when closing new transactions and ensuring KYC protocols are completed
• Review and interpret complex legal documents related to the Trusts for which Deutsche Bank is Trustee, paying agent and other roles
• Respond to daily inquiries from clients, investors, and other deal parties
• Ensure billing is completed and compliance is received and reviewed in accordance with transactional documents from applicable deal parties
  
  Collaborate with team members and management on all ad hoc projects

• Microsoft skills
• Ability to read and interpret trust legal documents
• Corporate Trust industry experience in structured products preferred
• Cash experience, including cash reconciliation and sending wires
• Organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment while understanding big‑picture concerns and risks

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self‑motivated
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $85,000 to $146,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
