Key Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly financial close process through account analysis, journal entry preparation, accrual tracking, and reporting of variances.
• Perform in-depth reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to validate data integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Research and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate and reliable financial records.
• Analyze financial results against prior periods, identifying drivers of change and trends affecting operational performance.
• Strengthen financial governance by developing, applying, and reviewing internal control procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audits by assembling necessary documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Proactively identify process improvements and cost-efficiency measures to enhance financial accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with teams across the organization—including operations, supply chain, and leadership—to provide clear and actionable financial insights.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal financial protocols, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Leverage ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Dynamics) and advanced Excel functionalities to support financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Deliver professional and responsive service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting practices.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-level ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
