- Handle and resolve escalated client requests, documenting details and root causes for leadership review
- Support client acquisition and retention initiatives through tracking and analysis of client escalations
- Collaborate with internal partners to enhance processing relationships and improve efficiencies
- Review and analyze daily reporting to ensure compliance with procedures and client needs are met
- Assist with client equipment training and implementation for escalated cases
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services
- Direct experience in acquiring banks or merchant services
- Proven experience in client escalation management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent time management abilities
- Experience in card issuing and customer support services
- Familiarity with healthcare vendor services (e.g., Guidehouse, Revspring)
- Understanding of Payments and Embedded Banking processes
- Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal partners
- Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
