Financial Analyst, Financial Manager
Schneider Electric has an onsite opportunity (5 days a week) for a Plant Business Finance Analyst in Lexington, KY. The role requires an on-site, in-plant presence – remote work will be allowed situationally and on an as needed basis, but the expectation of this position is that your on-site in plant presence will be required 5 days per week.

In this role, you'll contribute to key financial processes, including month-end close, financial planning, data analysis and the creation and delivery of financial reports. You’ll also collaborate regularly with the Plant Manager, operational teams, the Business Director, and cross-functional partners across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Month End Close Activities
- Quarterly Financial Forecast
- High quality data analysis
- Preparation of Annual & Monthly financial reports
- Monthly Performance review with Plant Manager
- Lead Annual Physical Inventory
- Support for Internal & External Audits
- Participating on special projects and ad hoc financial requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Busines Administration
- 2+ years of Business Finance Analysis background in manufacturing
- Well developed IT skills including, Outlook, Word, excel and Power Point
- Strong analytical skills, work ethic, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and overall positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure
- Customer service-orientation
- SAP Knowledge
- Power BI
- Business intelligence Knowledge
