We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced finance professionals to support financial operations and reporting within a leading global technology organization.
This role focuses on managing key financial workflows, including purchase order processing, invoice validation, financial reconciliation, and financial reporting activities. The position plays an important role in maintaining operational accuracy, financial compliance, and efficient coordination across finance and operations teams.
Selected professionals will contribute to financial process management, data reconciliation, and operational reporting to support large-scale corporate finance activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProfessionals in this role may contribute to:
Financial Operations & Process Management- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders within financial management systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure purchase orders align with approved budgets
- Monitor purchase order funding status and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Validate invoices submitted through billing processes and verify accuracy of charges
- Route invoices for internal approval and ensure timely payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Support month-end financial close processes and reporting preparation
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist finance teams with ad-hoc reporting and operational analysis requests
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and vendor management teams
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements
Strong candidates may have:
- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations roles
- Experience working with financial management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting
- Understanding of accounting principles including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced corporate or technology environments
- Experience managing procurement workflows or financial operations processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan, App Sheet, Oracle, or Airtable
- Previous experience working as a contractor or contingent worker in enterprise environments
- Support financial operations within a leading global technology organization
- Work on high-impact finance and procurement processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional finance and operations teams
