This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) / Branch Manager located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing financial advice and support, assisting clients in securing home loans, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. In a leadership capacity, the Branch Manager will oversee team operations, mentor loan officers, and drive branch growth through achieving sales goals and fostering a positive work environment.

• Proficiency in mortgage origination, client relationship building, and loan application processing
• Skills in financial advising, market analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership qualities, including team management and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry regulations and guidelines
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in mortgage lending or branch management roles is highly desirable
