    • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on financial modeling initiatives for utility-scale battery storage projects
  • Take ownership of financial models related to renewable project off-take, bidding, debt/equity structuring, and tax incentive strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement financial analysis and forecasting tools
  • Optimize financial analytic processes and review industry macroeconomic trends to mitigate portfolio risks
  • Engage in advanced level discussions related to utility-scale renewables and energy infrastructure

    • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Project finance experience in Power, Renewables, Capital Market, or Energy Infrastructure transactions
  • Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel and debt/equity structuring experience
  • Experience with complex debt equity structures and tax equity transactions is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly
  • Ability to quickly learn to participate in advanced discussions in the renewable energy sector

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Prior experience with advanced project finance deal execution
  • Understanding of national energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO
