Senior Analyst Internal Controls - SOX Business​/Finance Process; REMOTE

• Facilitate the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 Program, including scoping and executing sample testing
• Manage internal compliance routines and assessments to ensure adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
• Provide oversight and technical support for the company’s financial controls and records
• Document processes, risks, and controls using Microsoft tools and collaborate on process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely correction of reported deficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business major
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting and private industry
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal audit standards
• Proven ability to build relationships across multiple management levels and communicate with external auditors
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• One or more current qualifications preferred - CIA or CPA
• Familiarity with financial systems and technology such as SAP S4 HANA, Blackline, and PowerBI
• Strong international and inter-cultural experience
