Role Description

This full-time, hybrid role is based in Elgin, IL, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing tailored solutions through financial plans, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold outstanding service standards. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Client Services and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop tailored strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and standard office software.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on client success.
