Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE CPA
- Experience in a growing global company
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/APOR)
- Month‑end close and journal entries
- Manage portfolio, bank reconciliations
- Tax preparation
- Prepare financial statements, profit and loss statements
- Support upper management and adhoc reporting
- Prepare monthly property net operating income reports and analysis
- Maintain balance sheet and income statement support
- Review general ledger and adjust/explain variances
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements to management
- Budgeting, forecasting, payroll, internal controls and staff management
- MUST HAVE CPA
