Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Loan Officer, based in Mayfield Heights, OH, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, assessing clients’ financial profiles, and providing tailored lending solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with underwriters to ensure loan applications meet required criteria, as well as managing the approval process and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Loan Origination and experience working as a Loan Officer
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and Underwriting processes
- Proven excellence in providing exceptional Customer Service
- Familiarity with relevant mortgage laws, regulations, and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the mortgage industry and NMLS licensing is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
