Remote Volunteer Board Treasurer - Nonprofit Finance Leader

Western Solidarity with Ukraine Alliance is seeking a Volunteer Board Treasurer to provide strategic financial leadership. The role focuses on maintaining strong internal controls, overseeing compliance with nonprofit financial standards, and enhancing transparency in governance. Ideal candidates will have a CPA or equivalent experience, understanding of GAAP, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively. This position requires a commitment of 4–6 hours a month, with virtual meetings.
