Job Description

At present, we have an excellent tax opportunity for a Senior Tax Manager. This tax position will play a critical role in handling the company’s U.S. federal and state income tax matters, including tax accounting, tax provision, and tax audit defense.
PositionSenior Tax Manager
What You’ll Be Doing- Manage income tax compliance and tax provision processes covering U.S. based companies. Proactively research new tax developments to advise management of tax risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate, assign, and resolve multiple income tax audits for North American taxing jurisdictions (federal, state, county, local, and provincial). Respond in a timely and efficient manner to audit data requests to achieve favorable tax outcomes.
- Maintain and update income tax department policies, procedures, processes, and systems. Cultivate working relationships across functional areas to encourage open dialogue on any tax matters related to contemplated business activities or transactions; manage, train, and coach staff.
- Handle late‑night, weekend, or holiday coverage as required by month, quarter, and year‑end requirements.
- Results‑oriented individual with a bias for action, capable of identifying critical tasks and prioritizing them while managing competing deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and interpersonal skills; team‑player willing to build effective relationships internally and externally and comfortable working with diverse groups.
- Problem‑solving ability, technical expertise, and intellectual curiosity to continuously improve processes and add value.
- 10+ years of progressive related tax experience in public and/or corporate settings.
- Strong track record of managing people and processes (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant.
- M.S. degree (preferred).
- Hybrid:
Monday–Thursday required office days at Panorama Office sites;
Friday work from home.
