Role Overview

Accounting & Finance Operations Analyst. Bring clarity to financial data and keep critical operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations Support:
    Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner across financial systems.
  • Reconciliations & Close

    Activities:

    Perform account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end and periodic close processes to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Analyze financial data to support reporting, forecasting, and planning activities. Contribute to management reports by identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Invoice & Purchase Order Review:
    Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy in quantities, pricing, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Issue Resolution &

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies, answer financial inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and consistency.
  • System Utilization:
    Leverage accounting platforms and financial systems to manage transactions, maintain records, and support reporting needs.
What You Bring
  • Accounting Foundation:
    Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance, with hands-on experience in transactional processes and reconciliations.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, analysis, and basic functions. Comfortable navigating accounting systems and financial tools.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Ability to review financial information with precision, ensuring accuracy across all transactions and reports.
  • Analytical Thinking:
    Skilled at identifying discrepancies, interpreting financial data, and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Communication &

    Collaboration:

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate financial information clearly.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Insights
