We are looking for a structured and hands-onLiquidity Managerto oversee and optimize our global payment flows, provider performance, and cost structure. This role combines elements of finance operations, payments infrastructure, and cash management — ensuring reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable money movement across jurisdictions and providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-dayinteractions with payment providers, monitor service quality, and troubleshoot issues
- Support the finance team onsettlements, payouts, and reconciliationprocesses
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of newpayment methods and channels
- Calculate and maintainup-to-date commission modelsto support ourunit economics
- Analyzepayment and provider costs by regionto identify optimization opportunities
- Propose and implementflow restructurings across legal entitiesfor more efficient settlement and cash positioning
- Design and maintainprovider routing strategiesto ensure failover resilience and redundancy
- Collaborate with the engineering team onintegrating provider reporting into ERPand internal dashboards
- Conduct ongoingperformance monitoring and benchmarkingof payment providers
- Review and verify invoicesfrom vendors and partners to ensure accuracy and alignment with contracts
- 3+ years of experience infinance operations, treasury, or payments
- Strong understanding ofglobal payment systems, PSPs, and financial flows
- Excellent analytical skills — able to build and explain financial models
- Structured communicator and self-starter with a bias toward ownership
- Experience working cross-functionally with finance, product, and engineering
- Fluent English; strong documentation and vendor management skills
- Stability, growth, participation in shaping the future unicorn;
