Internship Finance AP​/AR

What will you do?

• Support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams with day‑to‑day operational tasks
• Assist with special finance projects and process improvement initiatives
• Help clean up, review, and maintain financial master data (vendors, partners)
• Support invoice processing, payment follow‑ups, and basic reconciliations
• Assist with data checks, reporting, and documentation of procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial administration

• WO (preferred) or HBO student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or Business Administration
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel
• Analytical skills with attention to details
• Accurate and numerate
• Hands‑on and able to work both independently and with respect to deadlines
• You’re motivated, eager to learn and have good communication skills
• You’re fluent in English – written and verbal

• Work From Home (WFH) Policy

• Internship Allowance
  : 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
• Travel Allowance

  Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.

• You are on a Family/Partner visa
• You are a non‑EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, or (2) your university is willing to sign a third‑party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
