Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee consumer bankruptcy files

• Provide legal advice on insolvency rules and procedures

• Conduct evaluations and manage asset liquidations

• Mentor the insolvency administration team

• Communicate effectively with debtors and relevant parties

Requirements:

• Fully Licensed Insolvency Trustee (CIRP) is required

• Minimum 3 years’ LIT experience needed

• In-depth knowledge of insolvency processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Aryza (Uberbase) is beneficial
