We are looking for a stellar Director of Finance to join our team! Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the FP&A function and play an important role in shaping the company’s financial strategy. This is a high-impact position for a strategic thinker who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will be the bridge between financial data and executive strategy, ensuring our plans and investments are both strategic and sustainable.

• Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, delivering clear, data-driven insights to the CFO and the Board. Drive predictability, accountability, and strategic alignment across the organization.
• Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. You won't just report numbers; you'll provide the 'why' behind them to influence business decisions.
• Fin Ops & Cloud Infrastructure: Serve as the financial lead for cloud spend, partnering with Engineering and Cloud Operations to analyze cost drivers, drive optimization initiatives, manage cloud vendor contracts, and secure optimal commercial terms to improve gross margin.
• Revenue Operations: Serve as a key partner to Sales on deal strategy and governance, guiding pricing and negotiations, approving deals, and optimizing for revenue quality and margin. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to design incentive-aligned compensation plans, review quotas, and drive insights on sales productivity.
• Business Intelligence & KPIs: Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards tracking core business KPIs and performance metrics, driving clarity on unit economics and operational efficiency.
• AI & Finance Analytics: Leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, automate workflows, and drive scalable, insight-driven finance operations.
• Executive Support: Support the CFO in high-stakes projects, including Board materials, executive Q  presentations, investor reporting and vendor contract management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. An MBA or CFA is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and Finance Operations within both private and public company settings.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure pricing models and services, with a clear understanding of how infrastructure and architecture decisions impact COGS and margins.
• Highly detail-oriented with a track record of building accurate, scalable financial models and ensuring data integrity across complex datasets.
• Experience applying AI-driven insights and advanced analytics to streamline financial planning, reporting, and data analysis processes, improving efficiency and decision-making.
• A proven ability to 'think big' regarding strategy while 'diving deep' into the granular details of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders, with a proven track record of partnering effectively with Sales teams.
