Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Glendale, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Financial Services Professional will assist clients in achieving their financial goals by providing expert guidance in areas such as financial planning, retirement planning, and investment strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client needs, developing customized financial strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. Professionals in this role will collaborate with teams, stay informed about financial market trends, and uphold the company’s high standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning principles
  • Experience in Finance and Financial Services
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and client engagement
  • Ability to analyze financial information and provide tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses, including life insurance and securities licenses, if not already held
