As a Business Controller at Bizzdesign, you will drive management reporting and performance analysis, delivering proactive insights and in‑depth data‑driven support across all entities. This role offers opportunities to enhance Bizzdesign’s reporting structures and lead business controlling efforts while providing ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager as part of the FP&A team, you will work from our headquarters in an international environment, contributing to strategic analyses that support Bizzdesign’s growth and development.

• Build and improve a scalable planning & control cycle in international surroundings.
• Harmonize the KPI deck for the group.
• Manage financial monthly closing, including accurate reporting and compliance, and help build the business control function.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and actively engage stakeholders.
• Analyze and report financial and non‑financial figures for assigned business units.
• Provide clear explanations for deviations and actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Drive cost control and align cost follow‑ups with organizational goals.
• Act as a sparring partner for Management, Operational, and Commercial departments.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, investment applications, and risk analyses.
• Enhance analytical tools using ERP and BI‑driven solutions.
• Perform periodic financial analyses, including profitability, trends, and competitive landscapes.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international, technology‑driven organization operating in a high‑performance environment. SaaS or tech industry experience is a bonus.
• You have strong skills in reporting and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills (must) and experience with tools such as Salesforce and Financial Force (preferred).
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• You have strong integrity and professionalism and are comfortable working closely with the Management Team.
• You have experience working in an international environment and can bring structure and clarity to complex topics.
• You are fluent in English and are ambitious, curious, and analytical, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
