As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Manage account open, transfers, and other requests. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling appointments, preparing materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
- Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

We observe ten paid holidays and provide 15 days of vacation for new associates starting January 1 of each year, plus sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.
