For the Commercial Unit of our Friesland Campina Business Group Ingredients (BGI) we are looking for a Commercial Reporting Manager. You ensure consistent, correct, and timely reporting. You will be responsible for an efficient and effective financial business performance controlling cycle and in driving data insights infrastructure through both lagging and leading KPI’s. The role links the Data Analytics team, Financial Shared Service center, Business Group / Corporate reporting teams and the Business Controllers, offering a broader view beyond direct reporting responsibilities and driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

As Commercial Reporting Manager, you are directly responsible for the reporting of the Go-to-Market P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow of ~€1.200m net sales. Your role is pivotal in ensuring correct and value-added reporting and is key in driving insights in the broad finance team of the Go-to-Market. Other responsibilities include:

• Leading the overall month end closure, including coordination across regions and functions and preparation of Monthly Business Review
• Reporting of the global Go-to-Market P&L of the Ingredients Business Group
• Working closely with the FSSC team in analyzing and reporting the Actual P&L and Free Cash Flow
• Developing, implementing, maintaining and optimizing procedures, instructions, systems and tools in line with Corporate guidelines
• Building the Outlook and Monthly forecasts of the P&L and Cash Flow statement; managing key assumptions, risks & opportunities; ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
• Driving analysis and insights to Business Control on monitoring business performance based on leading and lagging metrics (volume, share of wallet, pricing, cash, prospect tracking, operational, etc.)
• Providing end‑to‑end financial insights that drive strategic/tactical decision making and offer unasked advice to business controllers
• Championing the adoption of new Finance for the Future tools such as Adaptive, Optimus, including change management
• Data alignment & Systems Governance: ensuring financial data consistency across systems (SAP / BI platforms) and coordinating master data accuracy; partnering with IT/BI teams on system enhancement, digitalisation initiatives, and automation of reporting processes; elevating data literacy in the organization; training and supporting stakeholders in interpreting financials and applying reporting outputs effectively
• Supporting execution and continuous improvement of Risk, Control, Accounting, Data Analytics and project management with role‑specific actions

• Master’s degree in Finance / Economics or related fields
• Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Systems experience with SAP and Oracle HFM, excellent modelling skills in Excel
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Salary between €5,300 and €7,500 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full‑time)
• Full‑time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year‑end bonus, 12.5% bonus, and a pension
