Position: Account Manager & Solution Sales (Core Banking & Banking Digitalization)
Location: Zürich

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in private banking. Act as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for banking and digitalization solutions.
  • New Business Development:
    Identify and generate new client opportunities within the Banking sector for both core banking and workflow tools, driving growth and expanding the client base.
  • Industry Expertise:
    Leverage knowledge of Core Banking systems, Private Banking, banking workflows, and digitalization tools to provide high‑value recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams (technical, product, professional services, project management and support) to ensure successful client onboarding, project implementation, and ongoing customer success.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within private banking, core banking, fintech, or banking digitalization.
  • Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of Core Banking systems, Private Banking, and Banking Digitalization.
  • Client-Focused:
    Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly in private banking, with a focus on identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
    Strong sales skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluency in both German (Swiss German ideally) and English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with local clients and stakeholders. French a strong plus.
  • Fintech Affinity:
    Passion for fintech innovations and a keen understanding of the latest trends in digital banking and technology solutions, particularly in the private banking sector.
  • Location:

    Based in or around Zürich, with flexibility for local travel as required. Home office accepted twice a week.
