Kids for the Future is looking for an External Mortgage Relationship Manager in Oakton, VA. The successful candidate will originate residential mortgage loans through developing referral sources and managing relationships. They must provide high-touch service, meet production goals, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Preferred qualifications include 2-5 years of experience in mortgage lending, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

A college degree is preferred or equivalent experience in the field.
