The Service Experience Senior Specialist plays a key role in delivering operational and client service support to financial professionals and clients. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth processing of account activity, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities Provide operational support to financial professionals and clients, including account inquiries, paperwork, and distributions

Interpret and communicate internal policies, procedures, and clearing firm guidelines

Identify and escalate potential compliance or process concerns as needed

Research and resolve complex service issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners

Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and problem resolution within the team Partner with internal stakeholders and clearing firms to improve workflows and efficiencies

Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

What We Are Looking For 1 year of experience in financial services, operations, or client support

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and colleagues

High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to troubleshoot issues and apply sound judgment in problem-solving situations

Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A client-first mindset and commitment to service excellence

Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach

Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems

Location:

Hybrid (in-office 3 days/week) in either Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA locations

Compensation: $21.50 - $25.00/hour DOEWhy Cambridge?
