Financial Control Intern

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end closing activities for ASICS Europe to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain financial records and perform basic account reconciliations to support the financial control team.
• Support data collection and validation for regular financial reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Gather and organise documentation for internal and external audits to facilitate the audit process.
• Maintain audit documentation in designated systems and support the filing of J‑SOX documentation.

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability from September for 5–6 months.
• Finance, Accounting or Business Administration studies.
• Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.
• Willingness to learn financial software such as SAP.
• Team‑oriented approach with good communication skills.
