Job Description
This position provides client service support to one or more Financial Advisors (FAs). It supports enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy while customizing solutions for each advisor’s needs. The incumbent is the primary point of contact within Merrill for all client service requirements.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service by educating clients on all of Merrill’s banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist with ensuring practices are aligned with Merrill’s policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting Merrill’s offerings and the integration of banking into everyday practices, while communicating outcomes to the FA.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal needs, while maintaining a client‑first mindset.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Possesses advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products.
- Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Demonstrates a client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Has experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
- Is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.
- Is detail oriented.

- Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay range: $26.50 – $42.00 hourly (determined by experience, education, and skill level)
Discretionary incentive:
Eligible to participate in annual discretionary plan.
