Summary:

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Training and Support:
  • Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor; process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
  • Work independently on administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives; streamline processes with updated SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software

Role Requirements
