Key Responsibilities:

• Generate monthly and annual financial reports with variance analysis

• Partner in budgeting and forecasting with various departments

• Assess sales and expense trends for performance insights

• Develop KPIs and dashboards for executive reviews

• Manage month-end close procedures and journal entries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field

• 2-4 years FP&A experience in retail or e-commerce

• ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
