This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in McLean, VA, with the flexibility for some work from home. This post is specifically designed for those loan officers who want to learn and advance faster with hands‑on learning. You will be assigned to a team lead for better 24/7 support.

The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for prospecting, counseling clients on loan options, evaluating financial profiles, and collaborating with underwriters to ensure the approval and funding of mortgage applications. Additional duties include generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed on mortgage regulations and market trends. This is a commission‑based position.

• Proven basic knowledge and at least 3 closed loans in the last 6 months
• Understanding of underwriting processes and lending regulations
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
