About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in managing supplier payments, processing invoices, supporting finance reporting, and ensuring smooth daily finance operations across our business.
If you enjoy working with numbers, structured processes, and supporting a fast-paced operational environment, this role offers strong exposure across finance, operations, and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage supplier invoices, payments, and payment scheduling
- Assist in Accounts Payable entries and ERP system updates
- Prepare GST reporting and monthly finance-related reports
- Reconcile supplier statements and internal finance records
- Support billing, invoice generation, and operational finance documentation
- Handle petty cash, reimbursements, and wallet/fund management
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on payment and finance matters
- Assist with inventory cost control, stock takes, and variance checks
- Support administrative finance tasks and documentation filing
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounts Payable preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Prior F&B or retail experience is an advantage
- Exposure across finance, operations, and supplier management
