Capital Management Data Trainee - Remote & Reporting

Overview  Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking trainees to join the central Directorate in Parma, specifically within the RR & Capital Management division.
The trainee will work closely with a tutor and the RR & Capital Management Service, extracting information from the company’s Data Lake, aggregating data, and reporting to supervisory authorities (European Central Bank, Bank of Italy).
Responsibilities   Extracting data from the repository.
Data modelling.
Estimating simple models (e.g., linear regression).
Producing key risk indicators and supporting the submission of regulatory reporting.
Qualifications – Education  Graduated (or currently enrolled) with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or a STEM field.
Qualifications – Experience  Preferable academic or professional experience abroad and/or within multinational organizational contexts.
Personal Characteristics   Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Initiative.
Strong relational orientation.
Precision and confidentiality.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SAS (preferred, not required).
Basic object‑oriented programming.
