The Disbursement Outgoing Wires Specialist will be responsible for managing a daily pipeline of outgoing wires, trial balances and outstanding check reviews. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 an hour.
What You'll Do- Verifies information provided to process wires and ensures the funds are sent to the appropriate parties on a daily manner.
- Monitor outstanding checks to ensure they are processed in timely manner.
- Reconciles cash report for TX files; makes deposits and disburses check to Vylla Title for revenue.
- Monitor trial balances for assigned escrow accounts to ensure positive balance or zero account to be in compliance with state guidelines.
- Receive and tracks all stop payment requests and re-issue as applicable.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Two years’ experience banking or similar industry experience.
- Ability to obtain an escrow license for TX escrow officers.
- One (1) year’s experience in disbursement and/or accounting preferred.
