Key Responsibilities:
- Originate residential mortgage loans to existing and prospective homeowners (both military and non-military borrowers).
- Follow up via phone, text, and email daily to qualified inbound and outbound leads.
- Participate in local events and community outreach to develop relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
- Use a consultative sales approach to present tailored mortgage solutions that best match the borrower’s needs and then support them throughout the loan process.
- Active or pending mortgage loan originator license (NMLS).
- 3+ years of residential mortgage lending experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and motivation to serve the military community.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM platforms, loan origination systems, and digital communication tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Guaranteed draw amount provided for the first 3 months of employment.
- Monthly commissions based on funded loan volume with high percentage payouts ranging from 135 basis points (BPS) to as high as 150 BPS of monthly loan dollar volume with only $1M minimum monthly volume to achieve the higher payout.
