Financial Services Audit Manager - Lead Teams & Grow

Job Description

We are looking for Audit Managers with experience in the Financial Services industry, including but not limited to Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech. The role involves leading multiple teams, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

• Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
• Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
• Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
• Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
• Continue learning the latest developments and the firm’s standards and policies.
• Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client’s competitive position.

• 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience in external audit working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
• Professional interaction with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues.
• Ability to multi‑task due to concurrent planning, execution, and wrap‑up of engagements.
• Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on task completion.
• Licensed CPA in the home office state or ability to obtain a reciprocal license.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

$91,400.00 – $ per year. The range is based on skill set, experience, licensure, and other business factors.
