Trade role is to provide high quality service to our internal and external customers by ensuring that their expectations are continually met, offering uniformly high standards as well as support the expansion of the Trade business

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and comply with all internal rules/policies and procedures and also with applicable requirements
• Ensure correct and complete screening of Export/Import Collection transactions, according with all applicable policies
• Ensure correct booking Export/Import Collection transactions according to applicable policies and procedures
• Monitoring of due contracts
• Ensure that all transactions are processed as per agreed Cut off time
• Performing daily and monthly controls and internal reporting for processed transactions
• Coordinate internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and other strategies to optimize data quality and process efficiency
• Lead technical aspects of projects relating to finance technology and process
• Improving reporting through analysis of requirements and engagement
• Performing daily and monthly controls and internal reporting for processed transactions
• Report and document any exception, nonstandard item
• Producing reports / dashboards to monitor projects quality and progress ,

Experience &

Skills:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Analytical skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Should be comfortable with MS-Office and common internal applications
• Attention to detail
• Planning & Organization skills
• Experience with SWIFT massages will be an additional advantage
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
