As an integral part of our team, you’ll work with multiple clients and provide full-service accounting solutions.

• Reviewing financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting in financial accounting processes, including reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Addressing client inquiries and providing insightful financial guidance.

• Highly organized – manage multiple clients (typical 10‑15) with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Results‑oriented – prioritize, meet deadlines, and find efficient solutions.
• Tech‑savvy & growth‑focused – embrace new technologies to improve processes.
• Client‑service oriented – build relationships, communicate financial insights, and help business owners make informed decisions.

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of full‑charge bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Quick Books or Sage Intacct.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or CPA candidate status a plus.
• Verifiable professional references.
