• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business.
• Regularly identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships.
• Provide an exceptional, effortless customer experience by pre‑qualifying potential borrowers and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships, promote the successes of the company and coworkers, and act as a team player.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory (federal and state) guidelines.
• Working knowledge of mortgage origination process, FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines.
