TeamYou will join a specialised reconciliation team recognised for its strong expertise in a continually evolving environment where operational excellence is a core priority. The team consists of a dynamic group of approximately 12 specialists and operates within a broader group of over 40 OMC reconciliation professionals. The position reports to the Senior Manager – Reconciliation, Capital Markets Operations, and involves close, day‑to‑day collaboration with colleagues bringing a wide range of expertise, experience, and professional backgrounds.

Responsibilities- Contribute to the timely and accurate settlement of Capital Markets and Wealth Management transactions, while adhering to regulatory or market deadlines.
- Carry out various reconciliations related to activities covering a range of complex financial products.
- Analyze differences, assign them to the teams responsible for correcting them, and carry out governance until they are resolved.
- Help ensure data integrity in the various transactional and accounting systems.
- Work closely with partners in Operations, the business lines and accounting.
- Collaborate with the development / implementation of new processes.
- Help improve existing systems and processes.
- Three‑year college diploma in a related field, preferably in finance, or four years’ relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in a Financial Markets ecosystem.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure and tight deadlines on a daily basis.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand end‑to‑end processes.
- Knowledge of ISM (T80), Accurate, Murex, BPS, Midas, AS400, CDS, DTC, GB Corpo, Global Plus.
- Able to analyze and summarize information, a self‑starter, able to take charge and work independently.
Fluency in French is preferred. You will likely need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak languages other than French.
