Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a day off during the week.
Salary Range: $64,400 - $90,100 per year, which is base pay.
Compensation will be based on candidate qualifications.
Job Scope/Duties- Supports current, new, and future digital-related products and services relating to application support and associated department responsibilities.
- Provides helpdesk support to staff and members, and assumes escalations via phone, web submissions, and email interactions as it relates to all digital banking products, services, and other third-party affiliations.
- Serves as a Specialist of the Digital Services administrative consoles in terms of user access management/enrollment, support ticket coordination, training, and reporting.
- Supports Digital Banking/Support Tickets, Zelle, Bill Pay/Mgmt, Secure Messaging (Zendesk), e-Documents, retrieval/delivery/administrative duties, and work as it relates to future offerings.
- Develops and maintains written procedures, technical documents, and supports creation of content and workflows within the digital channel.
- Performs other duties and assignments including administrative and other Digital Services functions.
- Serve as a backup in Digital Services as needed
- Requires two to four (2-4) years of current and relevant financial services experience preferably in a credit union.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred or the equivalent level of education and experience.
- Experience with support and usage of Digital Banking products and services preferred or the equivalent level of experience working with like technology.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision within a high volume, fast-paced, and highly technical/detail-oriented environment.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be resourceful with the ability to work and think independently and as a member of a team.
- Requires excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Must be flexible with schedule to accommodate department scheduling needs.
