As a new Online Banking and Debit Card Specialist at FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK and The Bank of Fayetteville, you can expect a structured daily routine focused on customer support and problem resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting customers with online banking inquiries, troubleshooting debit card issues, and ensuring smooth digital banking experiences. You will collaborate with team members to address customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing you to deliver exceptional service during peak banking hours.

You’ll engage with various digital tools and resources to enhance your efficiency while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Regular training sessions will further equip you with the knowledge needed to excel in your role and provide value to our customers.
